Carbonization

Continuous Type Carbonization Furnace

Continuous Type carbonization furnace is used for converting biomass to charcoal, through drying, dry-distilling, carbonizing, cooling process and so on. The raw materials should be crushed biomass (size less than 30mm), and dry (moisture content less than 20%).

Batch Type Carbonization Furnace

The vertical carbonization furnace adopts a vertical layout, featuring a small footprint and low energy consumption. It is suitable for small-scale or mobile charcoal production systems. The furnace consists of a main body, furnace lid, inner pot, purification device, gas circulation system, and combustion chamber.

Applicable Raw Materials:

The applicable raw materials can include wood, branches, wood logs, coconut shells, palm shells, fruit tree wood, orange wood, apple tree wood, beech wood, fagus wood, olive wood and biomass briquettes (larger-sized materials).

Crusher

Charcoal Grinder

The motor drives the main shaft through a reducer. The main shaft rotates the star frame, and under the action of centrifugal force, the grinding rollers press tightly against the grinding ring, thereby realizing the grinding of materials.

Charcoal Crusher

The charcoal crusher is patented equipment of E.P Machinery. It applies 3 layers rollers structure to grinding charcoal lumps into powder form. The rollers surface are processed by heat treatment to extend service life. The bearings of the movable roller can move along the frame and are supported by a strong safety spring. When especially hard objects fall into the crusher, the bearings move to discharge the foreign material.

Mixer

Ribbon Mixer

It is mainly composed of a mixing shaft, screw ribbon agitator, tank body, and driving device. In hookah charcoal production, the driving device rotates the mixing shaft, causing the screw ribbon agitator mounted on the shaft to rotate accordingly.

Heavy Forcing Mixer

This machine is designed for charcoal powder forming. It uniformly mixes charcoal powder and binder, allows PLC-controlled water injection, and increases material density through a built-in densifying device.

Briquetting

Rotary Tablet Press

The rotary tablet press is a double-press, automatic, continuous tablet-forming machine that compresses granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used for producing raw hookah charcoal tablets, and is also suitable for industries such as chemical, food, and electronics. The machine is equipped with an independent control system, featuring high rotational speed and high output.

Hydraulic Briquette Press

The hydraulic hookah charcoal briquette machine is mainly used to produce cubic hookah charcoal blocks. The finished charcoal blocks are hard, highly dense, and have a long burning time. Auxiliary Equipment

Charcoal Briquettes Dryer

The Charcoal Briquettes Dryer works on the Reverse Carnot Cycle, transferring heat from the air to the drying chamber for efficient drying with minimal energy use. Its system includes a compressor, evaporator, condenser, and expansion valve. Using a closed-loop of hot air circulation and dehumidification, it acts as a 'heat transporter,' not a 'heat generator.' With smart temperature and humidity control, it ensures energy-efficient, high-quality drying.

Auto Weighing System

This system is newly designed by E.P own research and development, And it mostly applies in charcoal briquetting production line. And the system covers 2 hoppers (one for storage, one for weighing), Auto Weighing System section, PLC control, and weighing meters. This system is a kind of cumulative weighing, and widely used in accurate measurement of materials and automatic batching during production.

Belt Conveyor

Belt Conveyor: It is a machine to transport materials continuously and suitable for conveying powdery, granular, small lump and bagged materials etc. It is mainly to replace labors and achieve continuous operation of the production line.

Hopper

It is mainly used to store and transfer materials in production line; works with automation systems to achieve continuous production.
